He never was cancelled. He stopped doing comedy on his own and returned to it on his own.

But if anyone is going to do a comedy show in a country under siege and not back down it's Louis. He may take a step back or side step something but he hasn't ever backed down. That's why I always liked him as a comedian.

It may be weird but I hope he makes some people laugh there and if he can lift the spirits of just a few people then that's cool on my book.
