They're actually elated that they can go "wildin'" throughout the inner city jungle. Fun for most folks is a ride at Disneyland or a night at the bowling ally. I was around for the L.A. Riots of the 1960s and again in the 1990s. It seems to be a genetic response to a particular stimuli.
