He's apparently all in a panic over it, too. Reports of him being drunk on the job, actually unconscious and unable to be woken, etc.

Add that to his obvious general incompetence and he's a walking disaster.

The Trump Regime is full of derelicts: Kash, Hegseth, RFK, Jr. among them. It is apparently a requirement to be a member of the Trump cabinet to be a drunk or former heroin addict.

Kash was over his head from the start. Of course, Trump hates the FBI anyway so what better way to undermine it than to put an inept drunk in charge of it.

In other words, he has job security.

Meh. I doubt it. Patel is pretty much a swamp sock, observably.

Patel disbanded the FBI counterintelligence unit tasked with monitoring threats from Iran mere days before the US and Israel attacked Iran on 28 February 2026.

not to worry, when Trump does fire Kross-eyed Kash, you will be all for it like a good little cultist
Meh, I really don't care one way or the other.

You see, that's what you vile dems don't get.....Agency shake-ups are a good thing as it keeps them on their toes and the ass-kissing/clicks down to a minimum.

Back when I worked for DuPont 1st and 2nd line supervisors were moved around about every two years for just that reason. It was a damn good policy that should be implemented everywhere.

We don't need another J. Edgar Hoover at the FBI.

Doesn't take much for you lefties to cream your jeans, does it?

Yea, wonder what the rationale there was. However, anyone with any real knowledge of the region and extensive contacts there were likely fired and/or retired before Trump started his Appetite For Destruction world tour.

Really? Most places I've worked, constantly changing supervisors was usually a sign of bad management.

meh, worked for DuPont.

By and by they transferred all the 2nd line supervisors and we ran it ourselves with just one 1st line supervisor per shift. No union and we were paid handsomely.
