Memoir tapes clearly fall into Personal Records, classified documents clearly fall into "Presidential Records" and government property.

What specifically was false?

Clintons memoir tapes were NOT classified documents and the court determined they were Personal Records not meeting the definition of Presidential Records defined in the law. Was that false?

Trump was in possession of classified documents which were government property falling under national defense information. Trump was not charged with taking the documents, he was charged after he left office and refused to return government national defense information, that is what he was charged with. Was that false?
