Like the US , the EU is bankrupt .
Countries are sending second and third hand left overs to the Ukeys because their own reserves are low anyhow .
They also offer systems that are either unavailable for some time or need specialist training to operate .
Effectively most top line offers become complete nonsense when examined .

Regardless , how does NATO imagine they can deliver these war gifts ?
Do they really think they can sneak them in through Poland or from Hungary if coming in from the west?

In the mid-afternoon on Tuesday (local time), air raid alerts have reportedly been issued all across Ukraine, with sirens blaring in the capital after Zelensky warned that the next major wave of Russian airstrikes are imminent.
