It's not the fault of the Israelis that HAMAS and PIJ are so inept at rocketry....there is no convention nor law stating 'no harm, no foul' about lobbing munitions across international borders.

But there is a law prohibiting the targeting of civilians, which is considered a war crime.

And it IS Israel's fault, they deliberately do this.

By using rockets which cannot really be aimed, the Palestinian terrorist groups are committing crimes against humanity and war crimes.

However, being a member of Hamas, doesn't automatically make you a terrorist, nor does it automatically make you a target, either.

That is why they are properly called 'terrorists' - because they've deliberately tried to kill civilians, even their own people.

That's why Israeli's are terrorists, as well.

The following is a list of the 176 Palestinians killed by Israeli air bombardment since Tuesday, July 8th. This list is being updated regularly. Approximately 1120 have been injured, dozens in very serious conditions.
These are the names that have been confirmed by medical sources in Gaza. More than a thousand Palestinians have also been wounded, with some losing limbs and others disabled for life. The majority of the wounded are children, according to the Ministry of Health. All of the casualties listed below are victims of Israeli bombs dropped on Gaza since Tuesday July 8th.
