On the one hand, Catholics tend to support the Holy Father in matters regarding the Fable-Maker, Jesus ben Joseph, Son of Mary, called, "Oh Christ," (If mostly in English)! The more glaring part of the Senate Judiciary testimony was the clear disdain for the policed murder of dead, (Not Late), George Floyd! By now, the two black adopted children have had, "The Talk," with one or both of the parents.
One thing not clear is if that did happen, or if the white kids were pointing and sticking out their tongues--all Trumped Up about it(?)! I recall ACLU pamphlets in our own liberal household, excepting mom.
There is a liberal side to Catholic beliefs. That may address these below, which happen in Indiana, Ohio, and Arizona.
In that link, above: There is nothing constitutional-or-not being shown about Household Support systems for any Newly Expecting Households. Childish Trumped-Up behavior, instead, has been already noted(?).
Anyone's first look at the November 10 ACA Supreme Court hearing finds that apparently it has nothing to do with invalidating ACA--and the testimony is so-stated, in the first link. The Justice apparent is in an apparently awkward position already!
The religious background of the Supreme Court Justices--Catholic and Jewish--bodes more likely support of expanded liberal civil rights interpretations. My own heritage is Penn Quaker: Allowing all kinds to arrive, and peaceable accept and respect the rights of Indigenous Americans(?). . . .and how that turned out!
Then go back to the opening testimony--and the first link! That is a first Supreme Court reaction to the Minnesota incident, of no apparent comment from even Justice Thomas.
