If I'd been that officer, I would have simply rolled up my window as soon as I realized what a time waster it was going to be to allow that thing to keep yammering -- maybe about 10 seconds into the conversation.

Then he/she/it would have lost it and done some arrest-able offense and gotten a free trip to the station.

Then he/she/it would have lost it and done some arrest-able offense and gotten a free trip to the station.

Another option would be to hop out and start walking around her car seeking infractions. Then give her the choice of continuing to yammer while I write her tickets or scoot her happy ass off to whatever important business consumes her day. As if.
