It was a big tax day rally in the middle of downtown Portland. This is something the paper would have covered, ordinarily.

You have to prove it, because we have no way of knowing who made the tapes, that the people are really who you say they are. Do you think we're dumb? Shrunk plaza is between the old Edith Green federal building (now being taken down and replaced) and Portland City Haul.
