Asians are 4.8 percent of the U.S. population. Based on that Asians, are overrepresented at Harvard while blacks and Hispanics are underrepresented. As for your last sentence, I'm not paying attention to a white with a sub zero IQ even after they have been given everything this government can give, such as you.
