They told him they had a warrant when they didn’t.
ICE is full of liars who know they won’t be held accountable by this administration.
The FBI - not ICE - filed the complaint and did the investigation which led to charges.

FBI has nothing to do with it. He was arrested and detained by ICE. There are no actual criminal charges.
