I am not aware of any rules. And if there are any I'm sure no one cares. I just now asked my son if he knows any rules and he is just as much in the dark as I am. All of these homosexual flags but you seldom see the Swedish national flag anywhere. I can tell you that it is obvious that the rainbow flag and the Ukraine flag can be flown just about everywhere, even in front of government buildings. I remember I was at the airport on some sort of "gay day" and the rainbow flag was flown in front of the airport but not the Swedish national flag. I was wondering what foreign visiters to Sweden thought.

This is great. No one group of citizens should be honored/recognized just because they're 'different' by government at any level. Honor/recognition should be based on specific contributions to the general welfare/common good of all and not based on skin color, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender etc. etc. etc.
