Not at all true. A case can certainly proceed against a defendant based on nothing but the victim’s own personal account, leaving it up to a jury to decide who’s telling the truth. Just ask Mike Tyson and Bill Cosby.
But calm down, Spunky, Roy Moore does not have to worry about that since the statute of limitations has long since expired.
