Well, give her some credit. She knows she did it and the evidence shows she did it. But, when Trump does it, it is a crime. When she does it, it is Trump going after his enemies, as if Trump wasn't really her enemy when she went after Trump.

It’s a long ways away from a conviction if it even gets to a trial. There’s plenty of motions to come about malicious or selective prosecution as well as whether Halligan even counts as a US attorney.
