What we're worried about is Trump goons snatching up political enemies and "deporting" them with no evidence that they should be deported. That's what due process is for. Otherwise, we're just doing it on a whim.

I think too many of us were raised on "Dirty Harry" movies, and see laws protecting the rights of the accused as "technicalities" that let the bad guys walk. Due process is what prevent our leaders from "disappearing" people they don't like. Do you really think we should do away with it? Do you want liberals to have that kind of power when they takeover again?
