Imagine the shock of the authorites to find out what he did, an act of necrophilia, was perfectly legal. He was charged with unauthorized use of human remains and got a year in jail.

Animals are living things and there are specific laws against animal cruelty and causing an animal pain.

There might be health issues involved in sex with dead things, but they aren't public health issues. The public at large is in no particular danger. A person might eat moldy and maggoty garbage. Although that person might become gravely ill there is no public health issue.

This is gross, it is disgusting but a lot of sex acts are disgusting to a lot of people that don't indulge. No one is being harmed. I do not see these laws existing for long.
