Here, let me help you. The BANK does the appraisal, not the person applying for the loan, so whatever Trump put on paper as his estimate, it is still up to the bank to agree to it and approve it, and unlike your loans, big loans like Trump does are subject to verification of every detail.

So Trump wins on appeal on this simple fact alone.

Then there is the matter that the bank was repaid in full. They had no problems. No one was complaining. So the only reason why NYC, Letty James and Erdogon even had this case is because people must have spent years combing through every single detail of Trump's life, every record, every transaction, LOOKING for something to build into a case against him and and THIS was the biggest thing they could find!

At most the appeal may change is ammount of penalties, not that Trump is not liable for fraud.

Both cases are NY cases.

It will be completely tossed out since for fraud to brought, there has to be a victim. Not one bank or customer has alleged any fraud. The state can’t be a victim because Trump would pay taxes based on their assessments.

You seriously don’t know that the banks don’t take your word for it? They do their own assessments, with their own teams, and they were satisfied by what they found. The loans were repaid, with interest, and everybody was happy. There is no victim, thus no fraud is possible.
