As a Member of the House Judiciary Committee, I read the partisan, classified Nunes House Intel memo. I can't talk about it. However, here's an analogy. Remember Geraldo Rivera and the infamous Mystery of Al Capone's Vaults? It's like that, but Geraldo Rivera has more integrity.

Why were dems fighting so hard to stop the release?

Why did the committee vote against releasing all of the documents?

Mishandling of classified information is a felony.

Nunes will find that out next year when the newly elected Democrat majority in the House is running that committee.

The shit really hits the fan when a new Democrat President is sworn in 2020, and the new justice department starts indicting and prosecuting multiple former members of Congress and the Trump administration for those crimes.

Complete with an FBI and intelligence agencies that hate their guts for the abuse they are getting from them now.

Donald Trump added Devin Nunes to his transition team in the hope of buttering him up so he would side with Trump once his committee’s inevitable investigations into Trump’s various crimes got underway. It’s since been reported that when Michael Flynn was illegally conspiring with the Russians during the transition period, he was keeping the Trump transition team in the loop. It’s also been reported that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has all of the Trump transition team emails. So if Nunes knew what Flynn was up to, Mueller has proof.


This would make Devin Nunes guilty of conspiracy against the United States. That consciousness of guilt would also help prove that Nunes’ subsequent attempts at sabotaging the Trump-Russia investigation were in fact obstruction of justice. Nunes could try to cut a plea deal. But with bigger fish Michael Flynn having already cut a deal, it’s not clear that Nunes would have anything of value to offer prosecutors. No wonder Laurence Tribe thinks Nunes is headed to prison.

Maybe he'll be sharing a cell with Trump and Sons and Son-in-law. That's what I would call making America great again.

Chris Wray, the Director of the FBI, who previously had threatened to quit if ordered to fired Andrew McCabe, told McCabe not to report for work anymore after readying the Nunes memo yesterday. This is just the first of the Obama gang in Justice to go down.
