it does seem like petty vandalism on one hand

but on the other hand, this could easily be classified as a "hate crime" under current US law

also, it looks very much like her intent was to see blame fall on "radical conservative Trump supporters"

if this had been done by someone that fit that stereotype, there would certainly be screams for very harsh punishment (not saying by you, but the screams would be there)
