Left-Wingers Enter New Depths of Rage Over Supreme Court's Nationwide Injunction Ruling

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following the U.S. Supreme Court's latest ruling in favor of President Trump, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson penned a scathing rebuke in a dissenting opinion where she simply wrote "Wakanda Forever."

In a 6-3 ruling, the court limited the ability of federal judges to file nationwide injunctions against executive orders, prompting Justice Jackson to defiantly quote Black Panther.

The dissenting opinion raised eyebrows from conservative justices who reportedly expected their liberal colleagues to at least have some kind of argument based on legal precedent.

"It's like they just want to rule against Trump regardless of the law," said Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. "But she seemed really proud of her 'Wakanda Forever' opinion. Weird."

Top legal analysts admitted that they were also perplexed by the dissenting opinion, saying it used obscure legalese they could not understand.

"No one knows what that means," said lawyer Alan Dershowitz. "Good thing dissenting opinions don't really matter. I wasn't all that impressed with Black Panther, to be honest."

At publishing time, Justice Jackson amended her dissenting opinion to include an exclamation mark so everyone would know how adamant she was.

This will go down in history as one of the worst Supreme Court decisions in US history, up there with Dred Scott.

Injunctions are implicit in the judiciary act of 1789 and have been legal precident for the entire history of the republic, nation wide injnuctions only apply to government assaults on basic rights and are subject to judicial review.

To abolish this writ large destroys judicial power to act as a check on presidential and congressional abuse and fragments the districts into differing interpretations of law.

This is a horrendous ruling.
You goofy message board lawyers are hilarious.

As we know, Americans across the political spectrum are very concerned about Trump's clear, aggressive, expanding authoritarian overreach.
How do you know that ?

He's pretty popular.

And while they were initially scarred of what he was doing.....that is changing fast. The DOW was flirting with 44,000 yesterday.

This includes many conservatives and former Republicans who remain horrified over what has happened to their party.

What does the Orange Cult™ think of that?

I don't belong to the Orange Cult and I could care less.

Right now, things are moving in a good direction (I didn't need Trump to tell me these things were needed....I've been saying it for decades.

So spare me your silly little boogeyman tripe.

These are not serious people, but the damage they are causing surely is.
Yeah baby

Class actions can’t be dismissed that easily. There are steps they have to go through. This isn’t a SCOTUS shadow docket deal.
Have a good time.

Because it's about to come back at you.

Class Action suites go both ways and I am already hearing rumblings of things that will break the ACLU if they start to happen.

We'll start filing them against people like the left wingers who won't enforce border control.

And there will suites demanding school prayer that will be class action. Enjoy.

Have a day.

Not surprisingly, leftist Supreme court judges are infuriated by the majority ruling connected to district level judges issuing nationwide rulings which are beyond the scope of their jurisdiction.

Bad news for the left as this will limit their practice of "judge shopping" as they try to limit Trump's executive authority.

As RedState reported, the Trump administration scored a major victory on Friday after the Supreme Court ruled that district court-level nationwide injunctions exceeded judicial authority. That will throw a wrench into the left-wing strategy of seeking universal relief in a select few left-wing jurisdictions across the country and hopefully return some actual balance to the separation of powers within the U.S. government.
Just admit that you want Trump to violate the Constitution by shipping American-born citizens out of the country.

Wouldn't that just be easier than your usual trolling MAGA bullshit?

All doomed to fail. MAGA has no clue what’s legal and what isn’t.

A major win for the Constitution and a major loss for "judge shopping" in Leftist states.
Who needs a Constitution? OR a legislature. We have EOs instead!

The Constitution stipulates Article 2 Powers. EOs are how they are implemented.
Hell with consensus, or legislation, or leadership. Just slam your shit home with an EO. It'll last a few years anyway, 'til the next band of jerkoffs come in and reverse it.

Go team!
