Nicely handled! Perhaps it should have been posted in Satire or Humor?

Warning sirens should be installed along a lot of rivers and streams where people camp

Did you know there was another camp right around the corner, a Presbyterian camp, that evacuated the 70 children in their care before the flash flooding occured?

Did you know emergency alerts went out to every cellphone and NOAA weather radio on the Wireless Emergency Alert Network?

You know, that annoying one that wakes you up at three in the morning for an Amber Alert?

Whose responsibility is it to ensure your safety and the safety of your family and/or those in your care?

Yours?

Or the governments...

She should sarcastically answer.

Yeah, we should wait until 9 in the morning morning to send the alert.
