Not only is it the fault of Ukraine for being so corrupt, the Biden family fed that corruption. NATO refused to allow Ukraine to become a member because they were so corrupt. You could go so far as to say that the Biden family's corrupt dealings with Ukraine were a part of why NATO refused them membership.

As a matter of fact, out of several of the Chinese businessmen Hunter Biden had corrupt dealings with, one was in a Chinese jail as of 2022, and the other hasn't been hear from since then.
