That's the way I prefer my home fries. Super crispy taters. Not burnt and not soggy. Just right and golden, like Goldilocks.Nope. Took it out as soon as the cheese melted.
Was super delicious. I do pre cook my taters super crispy tho.
But the eggs in your pic look a bit overdone for my taste.
And the cheese on top looks well melted and very yummy, but still could have used a butane torch treatment.
