The solution is deeper, easier, and less bloody than that, mandatory life sentences, return of the death penalty, and simply upholding the laws that are on the books for starters. First, Judges, Prosecutors, and Attorney Generals, that fail to uphold the laws are removed. Second, the commission of a crime with a weapon mandatory life. Third resisting arrest mandatory 90 days. Fourth, resisting arrest with a weapon life, and finally the return of chain gangs as a form of restitution for the incarcerated. Consequences for ones actions need to be driven home.
