It was only days after a white scoundrel killed one and badly injured another patrolman in Tulsa County.

A video released this week shows David Anthony Ware, 33, at a traffic stop where he shot Tulsa police Sgt Craig Johnson and injured Officer Aurash Zarkeshan.

Death sought for 'cop killer who shot officer dead and injured another'

Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler is seeking the death penalty for Ware over the June 29 crime.

The “defendant should be punished by death,” states a court document filed on Thursday.

Among the reasons stated were that the victim was a police officer in the line of duty and that Ware “knowingly created a great risk of death to more than one person.

David Ware shot at both police officers

The cops pulled Ware over for failing to yield at a traffic stop, making an illegal left turn, and driving a vehicle with tags that were expired.

The 16-minute long video shows Zarkeshan telling Ware, “Are you going to get out of the car or am I going to tase you?" (Which he actually DID to Ware)

The video also captured Ware jumping into a waiting car allegedly driven by Matthew Hall, and escaping.

Ware was charged with first-degree murder, shooting with the intent to kill, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, and drug possession with the intent to distribute.

Hall faces charges of accessory to murder and accessory to a felony.

From the author:

A couple of days ago, one of the representatives of the African-American diaspora accused me of "deliberate" (that is, racist!) сhoice of comments on certain crimes.
The reaction of the Forum is well known.

Nevertheless, I responded to this attack and said that I would publish material about the WHITE bastard who shot two police officers, one of whom died.

How to deal with the death sentence?

Society has not unequivocally answered this question. Demands to abolish the death penalty are replaced by demands to restore it. And then everything repeats over and over again...

And both sides have reasons for these claims ...

Revenge is a very ancient feeling. In a civilized society, it takes the form of a law.

The Statue of Justice is always blindfolded. Let's see how fair the decision for the white Matthew Hall will be.

In New York, a young scumbag, an accomplice in the murder of an 18-year-old white girl Tessa Mejors received ... 18 months in prison ...

I don't understand why we pussy-foot around when supported evidence for death by hanging is 100%. Real deterrents, savings & society benefits when fucks like this are hung within one month. The Constitution says due process, mentions nothing about sponsoring abuse. It shouldn't matter if he's "sane" or high.

I fully agree! As far out as I am from any town let alone a city all we got is our Sheriffs Deputies. We know them on a first name basis as they are often our literal neighbors. They protect us & we protect them if at all possible. Again, this far out it's only one deputy per vehicle with a LOT of open fields(cropland) & few farmsteads. A deputy goes down out here & depending on the location & time of day/night he/she may be on the deck for quite some time before being discovered. This far out I'd like to see two Deputies per vehicle, at least at night.

Nope. Sure you can kill someone in defense, but no one has the right or authority to kill someone after they are subdued.
And if no citizen can do that, then they can not then delegate that authority to government.
There just is no legal way for government to be given that power, since we do not have it ourselves, to give.

The closest you came was by claiming that it would be a better deterrent, and therefore would save lives.
Sounds good, but studies have shown that people who commit these crimes do not believe they will be caught, so then the deterrent value does not work.
Just look at when we did hang people for just about anything, it did nothing to stop crime, and instead actually increased it. It cheapened life.

I agree deputies should work in pairs.
Not only safer for them, but better for everyone.

In it's current form, the death penalty is not a deterrent.

The time between conviction and sentence being carried out is way too long.

I am against capital punishment

BUT!!!!

If you're going to have it, I have to agree with some others...you have a fast track appeals process for the condemned. You have 90 days and a 3 judge panel from that State's supreme court... Any and all appeals are heard within those 90 days by the 3 judge panel. They vote to overturn or not. There can be 90 appeals for all I care. But on the 91st day...if the 3 judge panel hasn't flipped the conviction...you proceed with the penalty. Twenty years on death row as we have in some cases is crazy.

The problem is corrupt prosecutors.
For example, did you know that all DNA evidence of guilt it fake?
The reality is that they have to totally destroy DNA in order to read what it contained, and it is always very contaminated and vague. The reality is that when they say it is a match, that actually means that there are hundreds of other people who also are an equal match.
The ONLY time DNA evidence actually means anything, is when it is a total mismatch.
DNA can only be used to prove innocence, but NEVER to prove guilt.
Yet how many hundreds or even thousands of convictions have been falsely based on DNA evidence?

I'm calling BS. You forgot the part one is evil and started the process on their own. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, we don't store rates in cages but exterminate when they're a nuisance. Govt. has all kinds of authority you don't. They have the responsibility to protect us.

USA murder rate = 4.96
Japan murder rate = 0.26

Capital punishment is a legal penalty in Japan. It is applied in practice only for murder, and executions are carried out by hanging. The death penalty is usually reserved for cases of multiple murders, though some single murderers have been executed in extraordinary cases like torture murder or kidnap-for-ransom.

OT: who knew the highest murder rates in the world are south of the border and Africa? The murder rate is anywhere from 29ish to 52.

Nope, Japan can execute, but they can can't change the fact it is inherently illegal in a democratic republic.
The fact Japan executes just proves Japan is not a democratic republic.

Again, it is simple. In a democratic republic, inherent individual rights are the only source of any legal authority. Government is a subordinate, hired creation, that we then delegate some of our inherent authority to, so that it can better defend our individual inherent rights.
But executions are not one of those inherent individual rights.
We can't execute anyone ourselves.
So then we can't delegate that authority either.
Which means then that government in a democratic republic, can't have that authority.
We don't have it, so we can't delegate it, so then government can't ever have it.

You need to clean up the ongoing mess before you start crusading for more death penalty trials. There is a convicted serial killer on military death row since Reagan was president. There were about two hundred witnesses to the Ft. Hood killer who gunned down a dozen of his own Soldiers and wounded dozens more but Major Nadal sits on federal death row going on ten years.

But was Nadal wrong or right?
Why are we in the MIdeast, and murdering Iraqis, Afghans, Libyans, Syrians, etc.?
When we had congress ratify the UN charter, it made the use of US troop out side the US, illegal unless the UN votes for it. So these wars all violate US law.

I have known many killers of all kinds. For more than 30 years our firm represented high level criminals including those accused of capital crimes. My friend, prison psychologist, Vonda Pelto and I have had many discussions on the death penalty. For years she was the psychologist assigned to those on death row. I know more than most on the subject.

The death penalty is not a deterrent. No one ever thinks about it. Many killers even those on death row killed for a specific purpose and aren't a danger to anyone else. Then there are those that kill because they enjoy it. They need to be executed. As quickly as possible. They cannot be fixed, counseled or rehabilitated. Put them down like a rabid dog is put down. They relive their crimes over and over. They fantasize about killing others. If they get a chance they will kill other inmates or guards. No appeals. No treatment. Just get them gone.
