She probably won't be able to win a judgment for punitive damages because it's damned near impossible for a "public personality" to win one of these cases BUT, discovery cuts BOTH WAYS. For some reason we destroy them. There are men who do prison time and when their debt to society is paid off deserve a chance to join civilization. And the same civilization can make it a little difficult. This woman changed for the better. But she has an "R" next to her name. Everyday people who have done what she has, take a lot smaller footprint from the taxpayers. This is of course, if she did all of this.
