Lack of Census response may cost CA & NY Seats

Census mail results could be trouble for 5 states - Yahoo! News

Apparently there hasn't been as big a response to the census as they hoped from California and NY. Of course, the Census isn't over yet. But if the trend continues they may lose one or two seats in the next Congressional rate.

Apparently there hasn't been as big a response to the census as they hoped from California and NY. Of course, the Census isn't over yet. But if the trend continues they may lose one or two seats in the next Congressional rate.

There are not too many illegals that are going to fill out a census report. Not only that BUT business'es and people have been fleeing our highest taxed states--California and New York for more friendlier--less taxed states.

So fewer people living in these states is not surprising to me.
