how do you know who he hung out with???

that doesnt answer my question about floyd,,,

i think #BLM wishes they hadn't given birth to antifa, but they did.

Kyle did the right thing about thirty times that day. no jury in the world would co9nvict him.

I am proud of him for showing up. ask any cop or military people, who hate biden and pelosi...

it's a given that if biden hadn't successfully cheated the country's executive branch..

cities would bern as prescribed by the #Bernie campaign..

George floyd was a trouble excon so high on meth and fenynal.. to call him a saint is tantamount to impeaching Trump. for all the wrong reasons.

the conspiracy theory of article 2 natural born citizen conspiracy theory has been debunked. twice, although the wiki page changes by the day...
Antifa was around before BLM bunghole.

kyle of Antioch will be in prison with the other alt-whities bending over for soap.

I will be happy when he hears the guilty verdict and cries for his mommy...

The Big Lie is still a thing for you? Get over it.

Cities will do what? Keep providing 71% of GDP in our country compared to red 29%.

So, now your a doctor and a racist...

YOu arrest people for defending themselves from violent mobs, you aren't leaving us much choice except civil war.
He was breaking the law before he ever fired shot.a

Funny you let out why he fired a shot.

It is almost like you don't want to openly be on the side of a violent mob led by a pedophile attacking an under age boy.
I let out why he fired a shot?
He was breaking the law by being 17 in possession of a firearm and out past curfew. Had he stayed at home drinking beer with Mom he would not be on bond.

Irrelevant. Simply carrying a firearm isn't enough to attack someone. He hadn't showed his ID to anyone so nobody knew he was 17 and not 18.

Next.
He was also violating curfew and it doesn't matter if he was IDed at the time since charges were filed after the fact. He knew what he was doing was illegal..Ignorance is not a valid defense in a court of law.

But it should be.

This is not 1777, when the laws were something normal people could have a decent grasp of.

Now, the laws fill whole buildings and no one can NOT be ignorant of most of them.
Sorry but, your ignorance is not a form of defense allowed in a court of law.

Yes, you said that already. ANd I pointed out, why you were wrong.

So, you got nothing other than just insisting over and over again?

Not that we know of. But sense when did we judge anyone by that which was unknown?

my comment was in reference to you know who he did and didnt hang around with,,

I will take it that you were lying again,,

1. If true, then this case shows why those laws should be overturned. They prevent young men (and women) from the proper use of firearms, especially in times of dire need such as civil unrest.

Perhaps they should. If they should, let's do it.

But it doesn't absolve him for having broken laws which currently exist...

2. My point is not to be "salaciousness" but to drive home the fact that this man leading the attack on Rittenhouse, was a known bad guy, with a history of targeting people younger than him.

Um, okay...

3. A curfew that the cops were not enforcing. Selective enforcement is an injustice. If everyone else was allowed to be there, then so was Rittenhouse.

I regularly drive over the speed limit; usually around 78mph or so. Quite often people pass me like they're getting paid for it. But that doesn't mean I can't get pulled over and cited for speeding. I most certainly can...

4. Considering the mess of gun laws, I do not not know that there is was not a way for him to get a gun that would satisfy even a gun control lawyer.

He's a minor. As such, there are very specific instances in which he can possess a firearm.

Traveling across state lines with your "medkit" isn't one of those instances...

5. I've read that he claimed to be a certified emergency medical emergency technician and did have a med kit. I've seen no one challenge that, so I've seen no one support it.

I see. So the kid has a first aid kit, and you believe he's an EMT because, well, no one's challenged it. Well, I'll challenge it. Let me lead you down the road of disappointment: To become an EMT in the state of Illinois an applicant must be at least 18 years of age. So, no, he wasn't a certified EMT. He was a kid with an illegally obtained firearm and a bag of band-aids...

1. Plenty of times a court has overturned a law when a case shows it violates the constitution. IN this case, because of this stupid law, there is a real chance that a man might spend his life in prison for defending himself. Sounds like a good time to get rid of a bad law.

2. Yes. It is ok, to consider what kind of man Rosenbaum was, when trying to judge who most likely was the one to initiate teh violence.

3. If the cops watch all those other people and give them a pass for some reason, but just target you specifically, that is unjust. It is beyond the pale to penalize Rittenhouse for violating curfew when the mob was allowed to roam the streets unchecked.

4. SO you claim. At worst, it is a minor infraction of a stupid law, and should not result in life in prison.

5. His stated intent was to give first aid to people that needed it, and it seems he was doing that. His intent was not, as many have claimed, to go there and kill liberals or kick liberal ass. I don't care how good he was at it, the point is, his intent was not murder.

He is just a kid, kids often make bad choices, they don't have the maturity or education. Supporting his actions will only encourage other children of a like mind to put them self's in dangerous situations. & other people should not be dead because they are ass hats.

Only a liberal could consider that a bad choice.

Self defense is about defending yourself successfully.

Facing a violent mob, is not a game, where you want a level playing field. YOu want the targeted would be victim to win as easily and cleanly as possible, while the interests of the violent criminals, do not count.

That you need this explained to you, shows that there is really something wrong with you.

So, you are gloating at the idea of a young man being raped in prison?

Wow.
He thought he was BMF when he was the only one with a gun. What I saw was People trying to disarm him and he shot and killed another human being with an illegal firearm, Mom should have made him stay home. no such thing as bad children just bad parents.
Fuck them, the rotten vermin got what they earned.

The people who are dead are ass hats. They got what they deserved.

Rittenhouse should not receive an unjust penalty because turds like you want to teach people his age "a lesson." The voters have already decided what the penalty should be - which in this case is nothing. The lesson for young people from this episode should be "don't go assaulting people in the street, especially when they are armed." Don't riot and don't commit arson.

Only a douchebag would insist that Rittenhouse was in the wrong.
