Fortunately the burritos survived my stupidity....
Took the pressure plug off my pressure cooker too fast: painted the ceiling with dinner.(circa 1980)

About 25 years ago I ditched some grease in the sink. BIG FLASH FIRE. Burned all the finish on my cabinets around the sink.
