ESPN college football host Kirk Herbstreit broke down crying during a segment on Saturday as he tried to push leftist social justice, telling white people that they need to “do better.”

“I also think that if you’re a white player in these locker rooms, I think it’s incumbent upon you to really help with the change,” he said. “I think it’s one to have rallies, it’s one thing to skip a practice because of social injustice, it’s one thing for the NBA and the NFL to miss games to make a statement — and those things are great.”

“But my question is, what’s next? What does that lead to?” he continued. “You go back to practice the next day. What will lead to change? And I really think, I was talking David Shaw, the head coach at Stanford, who really, he and I had a great talk, I love listening to wisdom and his thoughts and he shared a quote to me and reminded me from Benjamin Franklin, he said, ‘justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as though who are.’”

LOL....

It is a well known fact that nobody plays 3D chess like Kirk Herbstriet. Clearly Herbie was trying to manipulate public opinion. He is playing chess while the rest of us are playing checkers.

I do wish that people everywhere (left, right, non affiliated, black, white, Hispanic, male, female, (there is no other gender)) would not give extra weight to someone because they appear on television.

He should look at crime statistics where blacks commit ~50% of all murders and at least 33% of violent crimes in Amerca in any given year. And then see that if proportion was involved blacks would be between 33% and 50% of all fatal police shootings, which they are not, they are less than that.

Then cry a few tears over the shootings in Chicago, etc. Fake, phony, fraud Kirk.

Well at least it was talking about the NBA and the NFL and not about Major League Baseball, because we all know there is no crying in baseball.

Seems like a decent guy to me.

Don't know him personally. I had a co-worker who played against him in Ohio HS football. He said Herbie was a straight up stud on the ballfield--man against boys type stuff.
