Pimento cheese spread was/is a taste of home growing up. Prices Pimento Spread....that was some good eating back in the day. Haven't had it in years really.... This recipe may make me go back home.

Too many exotic (or at least what I'd call exotic) ingredients for me and the volume seems like it would be too much for just me and a few co-workers. Maybe for a pot luck or something like that.
