Kimmel's back!

Well that's good to know....thanks.

Now I can sleep at night.
I can tell this isn't a good day for Republicans based on your sad replies all day today. You're all so obvious.

Did you see the stock market jumped when it learned Democrats won?

No, you fucked the thread up. Lured many off topic.

I couldn’t agree more and to go even further when any and I mean any government official tries to take our 1st Amendment rights. I said it when Biden tried to bully social media, I said it when protests were allowed during a pandemic but religious freedoms were suppressed and I said something when Carr used his power to fire Kimmel.

Were you against all three? If you weren’t, you are not really for the 1st Amendment.

Asking Facebook to take down the lies isn't really taking your 1st Amendment away is it? What did Biden do when Facebook didn't do what they asked? Nothing?

I don't think asking a company to be more socially responsible is attacking free speech. Not unless the government starts to **** with that company. Did Biden do that?

And Trump has taken attacking the 1st amendment to a whole new level and yet you keep trying to pretend that him and Biden are the same. It's gotten way worse.

Trump has violated the First Amendment through actions such as targeting media outlets for critical coverage, retaliating against individuals for their speech, and using government power to suppress dissent, which have led to several lawsuits and court rulings against his administration. These actions include attempts to restrict press access, intimidating lawsuits against news organizations, and policies that have led to the detention or deportation of foreign students and faculty for their political expression.
Trump's administration has been accused of limiting press access to the White House for news organizations with critical coverage. A federal judge ruled that this ban on the Associated Press violated the First Amendment, though an appeal was pending.
The administration has used the threat of defamation lawsuits against news outlets like The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal to discourage critical coverage.
Trump has used government power to retaliate against media coverage he dislikes, specifically by targeting the White House Press Corps and security clearance holders who work as media commentators.
At least one court has ruled that the administration violated the First Amendment by targeting foreign students for their pro-Palestinian advocacy, as stated by this article from the AAUP. Another federal court denied the government's motion to dismiss a lawsuit alleging retaliation against the press.

Biden should have sued Facebook.

Donald Trump bragged about CBS’s parent company paying him millions to settle a lawsuit

The president told correspondent Norah O’Donnell that Democratic foe Kamala Harris “failed because she couldn’t speak” and was not “very intelligent.” He pointed to the former vice president’s interview with the CBS news show as an example.

“And actually ‘60 Minutes’ paid me a lot of money,” he said to O’Donnell. “And you don’t have to put this on because I don’t want to embarrass you.”

“But ‘60 Minutes’ was forced to pay me a lot of money because they took [Harris’] answer out that was so bad,” Trump continued. “It was election-changing two nights before the election and they put a new answer in and they paid me a lot of money for that. You can’t have fake news. You’ve got to have legit news.”

CBS said Trump’s claim that the Harris interview was deceptively edited was “false” but parent company Paramount caved in a $16 million settlement with the president at a sensitive time. The payout was seen as greasing the skids for Trump’s FCC to approve the merger.

“I see good things happening in the news, I really do,” Trump said. “And I think one of the best things that’s happened is this show and new ownership, CBS and new ownership. I think it’s the greatest thing that’s happened in a long time to a free and open and good press.” lol
The smell of desperation is all you have, that is some pretty funny shit! Thanks for the laughs.

That didn’t happen stupid, they even took down what went against their agenda but feel free to lie, maybe this board will take your lies down.

Hey, you are a human being, from what I can tell a good person, respectful (unlike me sorry), you're funny, honest, smart, I can tell you are a nice person, fello American. Love you Papa.

I always say I love it up in Trump country. And I don't like seeing blacks and arabs or indians up there. First it's 1 then the town has a poor and high crime section of town. Any town that builds up in population suffers this. I think the solution is economic opportunities. People have to work to pay their own bills. And they have to make enough to pay those bills. So we need more affordable housing and cost of living and/or higher wages. Or a combo of both. Companies paying more. A more pro middle class government. Not what we have now. This is a sham. And a Federal Reserve that regulates inflation better? Wages go up with inflation automatically so to stop the vicious cycle? And I know you will hate this but more IRS agents to go after the rich who are NOT paying their fair share.

Progressives believe for the proletariat that all neighborhoods need to be totally diverse. Like Christmas lights with several different colors, cultures, genders, sexuality, etc. There are people who believe in rights of others but feel more comfortable with their own. and that crosses all peoples including political persuasions. If it was possible for all to have everything in comforts, we would be there. With what we have spent and currently spend there should be a better climate of living for many more people.

trump is a dictator POS.
We don't have a king and we don't have a dictator. You really need to get out of the swamp because the fumes are getting to you.

If they're doing it legally, what's the problem? Sounds like you need to go after Congress to rewrite the tax laws that politicians of all stripes utilize to generate campaign cash.

Change the law before getting more agents out to harass taxpayers.

When right off the bat you start your comments with a falsehood, what does that say about you?

When you said "There are people who believe in rights of others but feel more comfortable with their own" You mean like transvestites? You mean like gays being allowed to marry?

Republicans like freedom but don't like what we do with it. And that's your right.

Welp, getting back to the original thread subject, Kimmel is still a rat faced, divisive Democrat operative who should have STAYED CANCELLED. He set a new low on his attacks on Charlie Kirk and the MAGA GANG as he put it. His fake boo hoo "apology" were the usual "sorry not sorry" weasel words that Democrats always use.

There are people who are Progressives or vote progressive who believe in that also. In the gay agendas, the acts must be cleaned up. We are a long way from mistreatment of people in that regard. The children in schools though is not part of it.
