Here's a clue... looking like someone who is of Spanish ancestry, is probable cause to ask them if they are here legally and requiring them to prove it, WHEN THEY HAVE COME TO A POINT WHERE SUCH IS OTHERWISE REASONABLE... IS NOT ILLEGAL!
