According to the Inuit, seal eyeballs are a delicacy. And they did say he would be in a supervised, controlled setting. This is obviously a financial decision, of course, if we simply put this creep down as dangerous and incorrigible, there would be no further cost.

Maybe put him up at the judge's home who set him free, right down the hall from his 15 year old daughter. If that works out OK, maybe we can see about more freedom.
