Kentucky Sheriff murders County Judge in his chamber.

No yet. I saw and update about 50 minutes ago of the shooting that occurred near or just before 3 PM. All we really know is the Sheriff is under arrest for shooting the Judge to death in his chambers, at the courthouse.
Maybe the judge was caught cheating with the Sheriff's wife.

This should clear things up some.

Wife and daughter were leaving sheriff.

The judge was acting as mediary between the wife and his friend the sheriff.

Judge and sheriff went to lunch to talk about it.

Sheriff wanted to talk to his daughter but she wouldn't take his call so the judge let him use his phone.

Daughter said whatever to sheriff sheriff flipped out and killed his buddy.

Sheriff had been described as acting odd-moody earlier in the week. That's because he had been told about wife leaving.

The lawsuit with the deputy had no personal allegations against him, just "lack of training" and the sheriff was retiring anyway so why would he care?

The sex stuff is just Facebook bullshit.

I saw the details on the shooting, it was messed up. He shot the judge twice, but apparently didn't kill him, so he shot him a third time, and then decided to leave, but before leaving stood over him and fired four more times. His legal team is already playing the "insane" angle, they will try and bargain this down to temporary insanity. I don't think any judge will show him mercy and I sure hope a jury won't.
