Why did you bring up the election stuff?As were the affidavits given to support claims of election fraud in 2020.
The difference is that federal judges got to read those claims, where the senate did not.
I have stated here many times that Trump failed to prove there was widespread election fraud and that he should have stopped complaining after the SCOTUS decision back in December.
Affidavit is a SWORN oath!
