The feds cut key offices in the programs that monitor weather in Texas prior to this tragedy.

You all were told this would have horrible conclusions.

FEMA is a DHS agency. The problem being that Trump fired the previous head of FEMA, and there is no confirmed Director the agency. The Acting Administrator has no disaster response experience.

Vicki Stuart, 64, entered a guilty plea on May 5 to charges of identity theft and forgery.
