Kash Patel Undermines His "Big Case" Against Wisconsin Judge

You don't know what you're talking about.

No, not all declassified materials are immediately available to the public. While declassification removes a document's classified status, it doesn't automatically make it publicly accessible. Many declassified records are held in government archives like the National Archives and are available for research, but may have restrictions on access.
These documents were agency documents, which means they were held by the agencies where they originated. This means that they are responsive to FOIA requests.

If they're not classified, then the law would require the government to make them available to the public upon request.

That explains why Clinton wanted an illegal server to hide things from public.request

You get the same results from using Signal.
No, signal is secure and been approved by the xiden admin for sensitive material

It’s also on govt devices

Clinton’s illegal server was not

And it deletes your conversations which makes them unavailable for information requests.

Oh. Okay.

So FOIA doesn't exist. It's not a thing. Right?
Yes, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) can be used to request declassified documents, but it doesn't guarantee automatic access. FOIA allows individuals to request access to federal agency records, including potentially classified documents, but exemptions exist that allow agencies to withhold information.

Take it up with the xiden admin, they approved it for usage and had it on govt phones

Clinton’s server isn’t govt property and was never approved, hence illegal

See?

You don't understand how the process works.
More than you apparently. FOIA allows people to access agency documents when they're not protected. Declassifying documents opens them up to requests.

But you'll never see those documents because they're definitely classified.

Yes, and those exemptions would not apply to the documents Trump was holding.

Well if they're definitely classified why were they recently returned to Trump?

The classification issue was never litigated.

You've had access and know that?

Why would their classification status prevent Trump from taking them back once he becomes president? That makes no sense.

They were declassified prior to His leaving. That was His claim all along. If they were returned, that supports the claim of being previously declassified.

If they weren't declassified, His acceptance would be an admission of guilt.

The one file that wasn't recovered at the Mar A Lago event was crossfire hurricane......the same one Comey and Gina Haskell both said if released, people will go to jail.

The same one He released recently.....duh.

It was never a claim Trump made anywhere other than in the media, rendering it totally irrelevant.

I don’t know why you think he can’t accept classified documents. He’s the president. Presidents have access to all classified documents. Accepting them is not an admission of guilt. It is well within his current authorities.
