Kash Patel orders redeployment of 1.000 FBI agents.

Who knows. Maybe a lot of them will appreciate a transfer to an area with a lower cost of living? Maybe a lot will quit? We'll see how it all shakes out when the dust settles.
That's exactly the kind of thoughtful, forward looking management style we need when dealing with the country's pre eminent law enforcement agency. Rolling the dice invites unwanted consequences. Like leaving the FBI shorthanded with the time it takes to replace agents being almost two years given the lengthy training process they go thru.

Better to be short handed for awhile with good people than to be fully staffed with corrupt deep state partisans.

Better to be short-handed with people that believe in Democracy than to be fully staffed with sycophant yes people with a corrupt wnnabe dictator.

Which is exactly why we have a President Trump now instead of a President Harris. We wanted a President who believed in the Constitution and a strong, free, secure, prosperous American with choices, options, opportunity, liberty, prosperity for all Americans. Biden/Harris wanted something quite different.

"Patel orders major redeployment of FBI agents

Ken Dilanian and Michael Kosnar

FBI Director Kash Patel is ordering a major redeployment of personnel, sending 1,000 FBI agents from headquarters in Washington, D.C., to various field offices, three current and two former FBI officials briefed on the matter told NBC News. He also ordered another 500 agents at headquarters to go to the bureau's facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

The reallocation isn't without precedent: When he became director in 1993, Louis Freeh ordered a number of supervisory agents at headquarters into the field. And many at the FBI can do their jobs from anywhere.

That said, the redeployment is likely to cause turmoil for families, as spouses have to leave jobs and their children are pulled out of school. It’s unclear exactly how long those affected will have to make their moves, the redeployment is happening soon, sources said."

Put them in the most dangerous urban areas in America to fight violent gangs. Let's see how many G Men quit.

They are probably planning to move the FBI out of DC so Trump International can find a new location on the cheap after being axed from the old post office building.

Oatel’s trying to get as many old-timers to quit as possible. He wants to change the culture to MAGA. God, help us all.

I know some agents are being sent to Alabama. It's plenty hot in Alabama.

Also true, Elon Musk war a black shirt on January 9th, then mysteriously wore a red hat also... and reportedly his underwear was white - all the colors of Nazi Germany says CNN.
What does any of that have to do with the topic of this thread? Go troll somewhere else.

^^THIS^^

People don't realize there was some serious Beefs about whether we should have a Federal Police Force as well as the US Marshall Service.

The United States has never been fond of Police Forces. (Or Standing Armies, for that matter)

Of course, when you look at all the complete and utter failures of the FBI, it makes you wonder, WTF Chuck??

9/11 Able Danger out of the JFK Special Warfare Center had them dead to rights but because of Jamie Gorelick (why is she still breathing?) they couldn't pass it along to the FBI. They did through back-channels and the Feds sat on their Hands

The Boston Marathon Bombing. The Tsarnaev Boys were running around Bawstawn bragging about their terror connections and goals. The Russians even sent us a warning about them and told the FBI where they were for fuck's sake.

Then there was Waco

Ruby Ridge. Remember that? When that gutless piece of shit killed a woman with an infant in her arms? A sniper? Shot her dead?

Know what FBI HQ did? They fucking promoted him. Lon Horiuchi. Look it up.

There are dozens more. Probably hundreds, the vast majority of which we'll never hear or read about.

I would ask the question -- Do we even need an FBI?? They seem to cause more problems than than they solve.

dimocraps wanted to play rough, so --

There has been talk over the years of moving more FBI operations into West Virginia where the fingerprinting lab already is. I think they do a lot of the evidence processing there already besides just fingerprints based on blurbs and asides I have seen in various articles over the years. It is near Morgantown so not a horrible far drive from DC.

You delete the post, but reply to it so everyone sees it?

LOL - hilarious
When you continue to post off topic in a thread in an effort to derail it, I sometimes find it necessary to point out that what you are saying has nothing to do with the thread topic.

.
He could put 1,000 agents between DC and Boston alone and I doubt it would do much.

Think about kids....B-more, Wilmington, all of Jersey, Philly, NYC and Boston.
