Justice was served. Lake claimed some 300K ballots were counted despite having mismatched signatures. And in court, she showed the judge exactly ZERO signatures that didn't match.

Instead, she claimed signatures were checked too fast to accurately determine a match. Except there's no time specified in Arizona law for how long it should take to evaluate a signature. And even worse for lake, not spending enough time evaluating a signature doesn't mean it's a mismatch or it's not the authorized voter who signed it. Lake seriously wanted to disenfranchise 300,000 voters without proving even one signature was faked, just so she could be declared the winner of an election she lost. No judge would ever grant that.

The signature verification checks that signatures are compared and consistent, not an expert examination such as performed in criminal cases.

The Arizona Supreme Court has NOT been sympathetic to Kari, never siding with any of her conspiracies. They dismissed all but one as nonsense, and then simply sent it back to the trial judge.

The trial judge adjudicated it and tossed Kari out on her ass again.

What basis for appeal exists? Recongizing that the Arizona Supreme Court will be following the ACTUAL caselaw in Arizona. And not whatever pseudo-legal gibberish you make up.
