Prior to the Supreme Court ruling, 94% of Republicans thought the mandate was unconstitutional.

It's good in a way that Brownback was re-elected. Now he'll either stick to his guns, and end up further proving to everyone he was wrong,

or he'll reverse his experiment, and thus admit to everyone he was wrong.

Either way, the Kansas experiment will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to have been folly.

Kansas wouldn't even exist were it not for continued federal aid. A good proportion of Kansas' wealth is from agriculture; all farmland in Kansas originated from government handouts; many of those original homesteads are inhabited to this day by their descendents. These are wealthy, land-owning family dynasties that have been sucking from the government teat for generations.

Kansas is full of uneducated, unambitious, backward people that continue to receive federal government payments because that's all they know how to do. They grow corn.

Kansas should be ejected from the U.S., as far as I'm concerned. Home to the Phelps religious cult. Home to the Koch family dynasty that funds professional politicians. Home to any number of crazy, batshit right wing militia gangs. All getting welfare payments from the federal government. Screw 'em.
