"Real Time" host Bill Maher called out former Vice President Kamala Harris' book during his HBO show and suggested a new title for the former Democratic presidential nominee's account of the 2024 campaign.

"Kamala Harris’s new memoir of the '24 election is called ‘107 Days,’ but should have been called ‘Everyone Sucks but Me,'"

Van Jones, CNN commentator and former Obama advisor, laughed along — because even liberals can’t pretend this book isn’t a cringe-fest.

A little surprised Maher came up with this, even more surprised it got a laugh out of Van Jones.

99% Of politicians today lack self-awareness.

The worst are those in their entire careers have done nothing for their constituents, refuse to fight for them but they will tell you just how invaluable they were. I haven't read the book but not taking any responsibility is perhaps worse than doing nothing and pretending you did.

Neither positions are noble or enlightening.

Well, you have to be a bit of a narcissist to be a politician to start with.

Hell, Obama wrote three autobiographies about himself before he ever really accomplished anything.

Long before he got into office, Trump put his name on stuff in gaudy 20-foot letters.

These guys all have Egos Larger Than Life.

Did Kamala run a bad campaign? Yes.

Was she also put in an impossible position by Biden refusing to step aside and a lot of the Democratic establishment being lukewarm to her? Absolutely

Of course, I have my secret theory that the Democrats intentionally took a dive this time because they know a huge economic disaster is coming, and they want the GOP to fully enjoy the blame.

That statement points to what right-leaners have been saying for years....The vile dems want America to fail so they can swoop in on the coattails of a downturn and really finish the job like The Halfrican tried to do.

LOL....Sorry but a 60-odd point down day yesterday was not the Market Crash Monday you vile dems have been hoping for.

Yeah, but the crash is coming, buddy.

Not yesterday, but eventually.

Here's three areas where i see the crash coming.

1) People realizing AI companies are massively overvalued.
2) People realizing Crypto is a Ponzi Scheme
3) Tariffs causing a collapse in global trade.

A good president could have mitigated these things or avoided them. Trump is just making them worse.

Meh, downturns are always "coming".

Wishing for one is what makes people like you so vile.

No, causing one is what makes you guys vile. It's like you never learn from your mistakes.

If America was populated by better people, we'd look at the suffering Trump is causing others and say, "This is wrong."

Sadly, because we are not good people, we won't care until the suffering hits us.

And that is vile.

LOL...."Suffering" because the lay-abouts are too fat I guess.

You are just a vile dem....You may as well own it because you will never change.

The loss last November is good for you. It is how you handle it and move on from it. And you are not handling it well. Somehow Sanders and AOC are leading your party. She has done nothing for her district. And yet the fools keep voting her in. She is a fraud. She could have lived for 20 years with the Amazon deal she nixed. We are entering our 2nd and 3rd world nations Evita, Imelda Marcos stage now.

See, you are proving my point.

I look at people poorer than me, and feel sympathy.

You look at people poorer than you and sneer.

Which of us is vile?

This was relevantly coherent for one of your posts.

I'm not sure why you think the left should just roll over for Trump because he won by a whopping 1.5% of the vote. Biden and Obama won by far more convincing margins, and the crazy wing of the GOP fought them every step of the way.

Now, between you, me, and the water cooler, I'm horrified by the fact that AOC and Bernie have as much influence as they do. But they have it because they are willing to fight. (Kind of how Trump beat the GOP establishment.)

I'm not sure if our system has a place for sensible centrists.

Meh, quit laying about and expecting my tax dollars to get you through life and there won't be an issue....Bootstraps, pull on them.

So you think the democrats spent ONE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION dollars to take a dive? That’s more delusional than any of your other posts, which is a damned high bar to clear.

Stop with the 1.5% lie. Trump won by about 20%. In the presidential election, the popular vote is meaningless and Trump handily won the Electoral College plus the popular vote as well.

No, he got only 1.5% more votes than Harris did.

That we are still using an 18th-century anachronism to figure out the results doesn't change that.

Calling the Constitution an 18th century anachronism is what I'd expect from you. The Electoral college is a means to keep the populous states from tyrannizing the less populus states. If the founders were writing the Constitution toady, I believe they would make the College up of COUNTIES, not states as a few cities heavily dependent on the government dole now distort the vote in their favor. Without the Electoral College, at least ten of the original 13 states would not have ratified the Constitution.

The Electoral College is garbage. How do we know it's garbage? No other country has anything like it. Even countries like the Philippines, where we set up their governments.

That a bunch of slave rapists 250 years ago thought it was a good idea doesn't mean all that much. It was a bad idea then, and it's a bad idea now.

Opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one and your opinion on nearly every subject is what comes out of your butthole. You are wrong about everything you post.

A little surprised Maher came up with this, even more surprised it got a laugh out of Van Jones.

Harris was so pathetic that the humor of Mahler's opening patter isn't even lost on him.

But Tim Walz was a Home Depot paint salesman?

Gee, I thought I had seen him somewhere before.

Your inability to refute my point is duly noted.

If the Electoral College is such a great idea, why has no other country enacted one?

Not even governments set up by the US in the wake of World War II.
