6. Expanded the US refugee admissions program and endeded Trump policies that limited refugee admissions


7. Reversed Trump policies that banned refugees from key regions that are currently at war

The "Bi-Partisan Border Bill" was a $100 billion dollar WAR FUNDING BILL with a fraction of the mony going for the Border. Democrats literally lie about everything.
