Kamala Harris keeps proving that she isn't worthy of her position, but she still finds time to comment on her knowledge (or lack of) of the US Constitution.
A felony conviction is not disqualifying. However she thinks that lying about it to the voters is a great way to mislead the public.
She talks about "Trump's behavior" (which is entirely made up by the left) as a disqualification.
The entire purpose of this court action was to give the Biden Administration something they felt they didn't have to lie about, but they're doing it anyway.

Donald Trump’s behavior should disqualify him for the presidency, Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to tell a state Democratic Party dinner in Detroit on Saturday night, in one of her first campaign appearances since the former president’s historic criminal conviction.
In excerpts of planned remarks to attendees, Harris makes her most direct public criticism yet of Trump’s false claims of his New York trial being rigged — drawing a line between his “attacks” on the justice system and his attempts to discredit the 2020 election.
“You know why he complains? Because the reality is, cheaters don’t like getting caught,” read the excerpts, shared with the press pool.
She's right about one thing. Cheaters don't like getting caught.
Which is precisely the reason they've been using the courts to fight their battles for them instead of the bully pulpit.

- Trump's behavior (more like numerous false accusations by the left)
- 34 felonies (no, 34 misdemeanors converted to unproved felonies)
- Convicted felon (convicted by a hand-picked Democrat donor judge and 12 hand-picked Trump haters)
