Trump dominated that press conference. He stared at Putin throughout the whole time, whereas Putin couldn't even look him in the eye.
He was an unpatriotic cowardice asshole on stage.... his kneepads got worn out! It was the most disgusting appearance of any president in our history, on the world stage imo.

An interstate compact to subvert the Constitution would never be allowed to stand by SCOTUS. Yes States have the latitude to allocate how their electoral votes are allocated based on the votes in their State. What they don't have the right to do is allocate their electoral votes based on the votes in other States.

Both are used. Equality is important on certain things and equity never comes in to play like... voting rights, property rights, privacy rights, law following, court procedures etc....they all should be equal for all citizens, regardless of skin color, religion, rich, or poor etc...citizens treated equally....=equality.
Equality is every citizen being given the same thing as well.... Like every citizen being sent a $1000 COVID help, stimulus check, regardless of race, gender, rich or poor....in need or not in need....everyone getting the same....

Equity in the situation above would be citizens getting a covid help stimulus check, based on need....citizens who are more hard up who lost jobs or hours working, get more of a stimulus check than say the citizen or millionaire doing just fine working from home and drawing a paycheck or normal unaffected income.....
Equity saves the govt tax money in the example above, vs equality in the example above that one....
Equity is also getting a leg up, in certain instances....
Picture a short, medium height and tall boy, at baseball game they all wanted to see...but there was a tall fence blocking the view except for the tall guy....he could see over it and watch but the mid height and short guys still could not.
Picture there being 3 crates for them to stand on to see over the fence, there to use... And one crate given equally to each guy would be equality... The tall guy who could already see over the fence got a crate, he did not need, the med height guy got one too, and now he too could see over the fence, and the short guy with one crate still could not see over the fence....given 1 crate each is what equality represents...
Equality still does not benefit all three buddies wanting to see the game.
The way equity works is leveling the playing field....taking the same three crates, giving none to the tall guy who could see already, and giving one to the mid height guy so he could see over the fence, and the other two of the three total crates are stacked on one another and given to the short guy, who now also can view the game over the fence.

Yeah, the way you commies use equity is the legs of the tall guy would be cut from under him and all three would be disadvantaged. Hence your tax schemes and giveaways to the chosen ones, all wealth redistribution ploys. Kind of like when xiden tried to just give subsidies to only minority farmers. It was rapidly ended by the courts.
Equality is everyone starting from the same place. That is the promise of America, all people are created equal, where you end up is dependent on your attitude, ability and individual decisions.
Equity is everyone ending up in the same place. That's not the American promise and it's not the feds place to provide it.
