Kentucky Democrats previously advanced a bill in the state Senate bearing her name, Hadley’s Law, which would create greater exceptions to KY’s current abortion ban. However, as of July 2024, that bill has not passed. A main goal of Project 2025 is to nationally ban abortion. Donald Trump’s vice presidential pick J.D.
