Justice Department Notifies Fairfax County, Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney of Investigation into His Plea Bargaining, Charging Decisions, etc

Actually, the burying of the Epstein files, along with the failure to roll up and prosecute the fiends that were his clients, AS PHUKING PROMISED, is one of the biggest failures of this presidency.
Nah.

We would all like to see pedos get prosecuted very vigorously.

Also, I don’t buy any claim that there was any effort to “bury” the files.

This Administration has released about 3.5 MILLION pages. That’s an odd way to bury anything.

Then demand that they be prosecuted, rather than doing the shrug and poo-poo that you're doing right now.

Trying to get things both ways is for the shitlibs.

Then why did it take an act of congress to demand the release?

HEAVILY redacted, to the point that they might just as well have kept them buried.

It is nothing but an attempt to distract from the actual subject of this thread. It is very apparent this poster struggles with keeping on task.

I make no such demand. Why not? Because I don’t know if there’s sufficient evidence to legally justify any such effort.

For example, I don’t know if the DOJ has any useful evidence by which to establish that any particular alleged victim was actually victimized. (I don’t have any genuine doubt that some bastards did engage in such activities, but that’s not the same as proving it with actual evidence.)

Assuming that there is some alleged victim who is willing to step forward, does there exist a single shred of evidence (beyond her own testimony) which helps prove that the incident did happen and was done by the identified person being accused?

If there is, great. Prosecute. If there isn’t, then prosecution is futile.

Contrary to your bogus contention, I am not poo pooing a damn thing.

I am all for prosecutions to happen. But I also believe an investigation is paramount before that happens. There has to be evidence presented within the investigation.

You cannot give special treatment to migrants and illegal aliens. We are a nation of laws not a progressive dystopian police state.

This is nothing but harassment. Cite the laws that were violated.

It's nowhere near extinguished, Corky...Merely ignoring the cancer doesn't make it go away.
We knew you children would squeal about it when it did not contain the info you felt it should . Just like with Mueller
