I don't think that's a fair way to characterize ICE. Their main mission is to round up illegals. If in that process they hurt citizens, it's likely an unintended mistake. Either the said citizen tried to interfere, or they looked brown and ICE mistook them for being an illegal (this is sad and unfortunate, however is not racism on ICE's part).

I am still waiting for leftists to tell us how many citizens and legal residents have been deported by ICE. As for those who didn’t commit a crime and got deported, blame Biden.
