Not changing my tune. It can be argued that vandalizing a memorial during a vigil is inciting violence.

It cant. Inciting violence has a pretty specific meaning and it ain’t that.

You like to justify violence by hiding behind excuses like that because you don’t really like the first amendment.

I haven’t seen any evidence or charges that he vandalized the memorial, and I don’t trust your statement on its face.

Campus security arrived late.
This form of Violence was One sided.ENTIRELY.
It'd be no different than some nutjob arriving at a
Funeral and deciding to disrupt the Funeral with
loud obnoxious comments.Probably Threatening
words no doubt.
Real Americans aren't about to let these Radicalized
nutjobs take over events.Events scheduled for peaceful
interaction.The Kind Kirk lived for.
