I get such a kick out of crazy democrats that only know what their cult tells them. The democrats agreed to let ACA subsidies run out. If memory serves me correctly the Supreme Court ruled that lower courts can only rule for their cities, counties or states. So that means courts have overstepped their boundaries again in pretending that they can decide national decision making.

SCOTUS has ruled that district judges can't make ruling that reach outside their jurisdictions, but IIRC, there was a caveat in that ruling that made an exception for 'class actions' and they may be using that to make an end run around the ruling. The globalists are not happy that they are being stymied in a lot of ways and they are really grasping at any straw to remain relevant.
